Just to tie this off, today I left a message for Tammy.
My seat pan is okay but has a busted stud (maybe two). I found another pan donor on eBay that I may have drop shipped straight to her, to save a bit of shipping, but I obviously will not do that until I have clearance from her to do so.
Meanwhile I'll keep trying to get my seat off the fender...

If your pan is nice, the studs are a piece of cake to change/fabricate. Finding a good pan and good foam is the harder part. Tammy should still be easy to reach, but because she does such good work, she gets slammed and this stuff is just a side thing for her. She doesn't want to be all backed up, it's stressful.
I get it, because I'm so busy with apartments that I can't do as much sidework as I used to be able to do. I can work on an apartment and rent it for 1500$ a month, rather than try to make 30$ in the shop. But, I like the shop more...

I spoke with Tammy and purchased another seat with a decent pan and all the studs. She has a useable foam for me and the pan is being shipped direct to her.
We had a nice chat as her husband is a guitar player and I used to make them.
