your only second over you shouldnt even need to have rejetted the carb the stock carb with stock jetting should have been fine my atc 200m is .75 over with the stock carb with stock jets and I have a high compression piston. you said you are running a 24mm carb have you checked the spark plug to see if your running rich or lean. you may need to get a stock carb to get it to run correctly

just an update, got exhaust made up this weekend, got the carb on on Monday tried getting it jetted started at 108 main and 40 pilot, great throttle response but way way to rich would foul a plug to not running standards within 300 feet, kept playing with jets ended at 92 main and 38 pilot, still to rich which didn't make sense and had serious bog when throttle was smashed would practically die. after thinking long and hard about it i cam down to most of my carb problems came when i put the stock air box on. i should mention i originally bought this bike in pieces for 40$ with lots of parts missing and no compression. un-stuck rings found some parts and had it running good on a pod filter. so that being said i pulled the stock air box off late last night unit started and ran a bit better immediately less bog and now lean popping so over then next few days i will re-jet it back up and attach the snorkel tube right o the carb. will keep you guys updated as i get time to as i work roughly 60-70 hrs a week.

You probably can take the carb apart with your eyes closed cool looking set up and tires. Going to take in deep mud holes looks like fun sounds like a little more tuning and you'll have it !

Got her all set up haven't taken it for a ride ride yet but have rode a. Big around the yard and down the streets around me. This is how she sits in the end: 30mm carb 38 pilot 112 main, ported and possished intake plenum to match 30mm carb, cam, 1 1/8 custom exhaust, 2" snorkle, 28" mud zillas, 52 tooth rear sprocket, 250cc (65.5mm bore). Thanks for all the help along the way guys!
