85 250r problem bogging

Rebuilt motor and carb starts and idles fine but Boggs down when hit wot . No difference when u adjust air screw in or out ..help please?

How dare you ask for more information from Slippery ...........this is an exercise in ball busting........you figure it out ........and then it`s your fault the bike runs bad ........whats a leak down test ?.........i don`t need that !!

Does the engine bog and quit entirely or is the bog momentary where you can throttle through it and the engine runs OK ? Put a fresh plug in it, get it to bog and them pull the plug. If the plug is dry the problem is likely fuel-flow. If the plug is wet, perhaps there is an ignition problem. The air screw only controls low speed mixture and has almost no effect at W.O.T.
