2 quick questions about 200M forks;
1) How do I go about changing the fork oil and what oil do I replace it with?
2) Is there an easy way to tell if the forks are bent? I get a pretty wicked shimmy going down the road at any decent speed. As I look at the trike head-on, I can see that something is obviously out of alignment, but I'm not sure that it isn't just the headlight/bracket.
