I recently picked up a really rough (1982?) Klt250. One of the many things keeping me from getting it running is the condition of the pipe. It is rusted through on the second bend in the header, and right by the head of the motor. The seller said the pipe may be a cobra pipe (I have no clue) I'd like to stay as low budget and original as possible, and would like to try to repair the pipe. I have access to some fab tools, mig welder, grinder, oxy torch. Thanks!
