    Maier rear plastic ?

I just got Maier rear plastic for my 250R. It came with brackets to mount the loop wire.

Is the loop wire needed with the Maier fender? Will it be strong enough without it? I don't want floppy fenders.

I don't really want to drill holes through brand new fenders.
I had the RIGHT to remain silent, I didn't have the ability!

Could either of you guys post a pic? Mine didn't come with anything, just fender. I've put it on but haven't rode yet. I would like to put the support on but the plastic isn't exactly the same as oem.
I want a race honda with reverse.

    support

i put the support on mine. i didn't think it was too floppy with out it but got to thinking if i or who ever i sell it too was to ride in heavy, sticky mud that those fenders would sag all the way down to the tire. i had seen that before at haspin acres where the clay sticks and builds up heavy.
