    I would guess, its a 1983 200e with high low range, and someone put different front end, not sure what its off of.

    The forks looked like Yamahas to me because of the small caps at triple tree tops and huge dust wipers ?

    It has the decompression lever in the head so I'm thinking 80 - 82 ?

    browsing ebay the other day you can get a new 200cc tao tao engine that should bolt right in for 400$ shipped. Has reverse too.

    No telling about the forks unless someone chimes in and knows.

    Really shouldn't matter too much either way, if they have the right stem and everything is fitting like it's supposed to. Which is kind of questionable because of that crack.

    It's still a hardtail, so, there's only so much fork travel can do. What did Honda say...three inches is enough?
