    Alternate CDI's

Just seeing if anyone has tried to use one of the adjustable off-brand CDI's before. My SX has a 300 engine, and I had to borrow the CDI from it, so I'm looking for another now. The one I've found is made by 1PZ, #LT3-B01. After some digging, it is used on Carter Brothers GTR250 & 300 go carts. Looks identical to my CDI with the exception of the adjustable timing curve. Just seeing if anyone has some info to share on it.

    Welcome to the fold,
I have never tried that particular product by 1PZ, but have used many of their others, I have been pleased with them all so far.
The 85 250sx is, In my opinion the most underrated ATC of them all.

Thanks for the input. Thinking about trying it out. Worst that could happen is I'm out $30.
