saw it in my new dirtwheels mag. yamaha has updated the warrior and it is now called the raptor 350. same engine but with a new carb and exhaust. also a new suspension package. looks pretty cool. they also came out with a grizzly 125. :-D

the grizzly 125 is the old breeze 125.
I dont understand why yamaha waits 10+ years to update their quads, and then justs changes plastic and details.
Why dont they update the mechanicals so most of thier lineup isnt from the 80's?

I don't know why anyone would buy one over a 400ex personaly. The ex has a better motor and much better chassis. The prices shouldn't be to far apart either.

The Warrior engine has been around -in many forms- for years;it's nearly bullet-proof,and revs like crazy..

Do you honestly think the chassis and suspensions will be better? Who needs reverse, they don't weigh that much. Not trying to start anything here. gnd111 are you basing that figure on the ex's lower price?

i doubt it handle better than a 400 ex but it should certainley be an improvement over the "old" warrior chassis and suspension :-D
