    rebuild forks?

    how much does it cost to have a dealer do them?

    A small fortune - unless your in one of those small towns with actual good people left.

    Most of the time it's just worn seals and everything else is just fine.

    Probably at least 100$ or more for stuff you could do for 25$.

    It's not to bad to do it yourself. Well, I watched MR_ATC rebuild mine. We took a bunch of pic's while doing it. Been playing email and phone tag with him lately, but one of these days I'm going to meet back up with him and give him all the pics. Tool whise, a 6mm Hex Head for a rachet wrench makes cracking the bolt at the bottom of the fork easier. Another trick was the ol' plastic bag over the fork when you slide the seals over to help protect from cutting. I got a bunch of pics here. Moderators... who could I burn a CD for to get it on the site?
