82 ATC 250R's What is it worth???

I built this 82 250R in 1984..I lost interest in it and put it in storage. After 18 Years..I started to play with it again, but now again lost interest in it and want to sell it..but I need help on what it's worth??
In 1984 I built the engine..A Mugen 310 big bore kit with the cylinder and head etc...5" Extended Swingarm with I believe a 3 or 4" extended axel.
About 2 years ago I pulled it out of storage because I never rode it with that 310 kit..I tore the engine down before I fired it because it had been sitting for so long..everything was fine....This thing is a Rocket from Hell.
Can anyone help me on what a ballpark price would be for this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
