Usually the ones you see are for the front brake res. I haven't ever seen one for the rear (dosen't mean they are not out there). They are a nice addition, but not a must have.

they sell them(the rears) for the 4 wheelers.. i got one on my r and 400.. so the trx 250r will surely fit your r if you have one,, or adpated for another bike.. nac's sells them..
