1985 Honda 250sx head question

How's it going guys, I have been looking at 250sx's and I have a question about the head. What color should the head be black or silver like in the 1985 Honda 250sx brochure? I have looked at 2 of these trikes and both have had black heads while the brochure is silver. I would post a picture but I am not sure how to.

I am pretty sure the head is black. I have an 85 sx. I would double check later.

250SX is black and the 250ES is raw metal , silver in color .

Sorry for the confusion I meant to say valve cover, in the brochure the head is black and the valve cover is silver. The 2 I went to look at had both the head and valve cover black.

The entire motor including the valve cover is supposed to be black . Now if your talking about the two small tappet covers I believe their raw metal .
