Troubleshooting a possible faulty on/off switch, can I just unplug the switch to check for engine spark or does it have to be plugged in for spark to occur?
1980 Honda ATC 110, looking at the wiring diagram it appears it's only function is to provide a ground, so in theory I can operate without it at all?

I am not sure about the 80 model, but I know 82 and 83 110 will run with kill switch unplugged.
