Will the 85 and 86 350x front hubs interchange? I know the brake rotors are different. If I put the 85 rotor on the 86 hub will it work on an 85 bike?

The wheels are different from 85 to 86 but I am not sure about the hubs. I would look at the part number on RMATVMC and see if they are the same.
I have an 86 fork but with an 85 wheel hub and rotor.

The part numbers are different. There are some cosmetic differences. They still might swap tho. Lots of parts have different numbers and fit fine.

85 86 front hub works, so does 86 86 250r and 86 87 200x.

Oldskool, i think its odd how you've said a few times on here how the 350x/250r/86-87 200x front hubs are the SAME but you are 100% WRONG.
I know for a FACT they are different.
There was a time not long ago were i would back up my claims with pics/facts but its not worth my time to prove you wrong.
I have nothing against you but you are misleading people by giving wrong information.
