    350x brake caliper

    Hi,
    are the front brake calipers the same in the 85, 86 350x's? will an 86 caliper bolt on to my 85? thanks..........Rob :?

    The calipers are different in that they accept a different style of pad. The 85 also has cooling fins on it and the 86 does not. They should bolt right up, they will just use different pads. I think the 85 caliper takes the same pad as the rear caliper on the 350X best I can remember.

    The 85 front and rear caliper are different. The front caliper is a dual piston. The rear caliper takes the same pads as the 200x front and rear
