The size is 22 x 11 x 10, I ordered a Kenda k284 for it from atvtires.com, as the site stated it’s in stock, but they called yesterday & nope, it’s not available. What other front tires does anyone recommend for this trike ? Thanks !

Check out Chaparral Motorsports.
They keep quite a few tires in stock. When the Kenda Front Max was unavailable, they had them.
There's a few tires they have in stock than may be acceptable for your use.
