Forgot I had these under my house in storage. Believe they are 1984 but can anyone help confirm?

Is the sticker still on inside of lower legs? 83-85 ATC200X will have "965" on it. 1983 and 1984 ATC200X would have BLACK boots and BLACK lower fork legs. 1985 ATC200X has BLUE boots and BARE ALUMINUM lower legs. they should measure 33mm. If they are 35mm. they are 1983-1984 ATC250R forks. they are NOT 1986-1987 ATC200X forks.

Measured the tube width in between the trees and it was 35mm. That is the correct area to measure?

83-84 forks on 83-85 200x front wheel.
