    250r or 200x forks on a 185s

    Do they fit has anyone made the conversion, i dislike my 185s front forks, they don't have enough travel
    Caution
    Do not "POP WHEELIES" and run for any distance with the ATC. The oil capacity is relatively small and the oil will drain out of the oil pump area thus causing loss of oil pressure, resulting in costly engine damage -CLYMER

    the 250r forks wont work they use different style bearings. i think the 200x forks will. if you are going to do the 200x conversion ive got a nice set of 85 200x forks for sale.

    you'll need a longer steering stem for the 200x forks.

    You can make 250r forks fit your trike, we did with a little custom work

    that is a 185 frame
    1986 452x, 4inch westcoast swinger, full exhaust, and stage 5 racing kit
