No experience with BVC’s 350X stuff, but their 86-87 Tecate inverted fork triple clamps needed to be sent back to them 3-4 times before they fit properly. Now that they fit properly, we’ve got no complaints. While we were going through the fitment issues, their customer service was pretty decent, but there were a few instances of extended wait times for the revamped parts to be sent back out. The workmanship on all of their billet parts is very nice. For their 350X stuff, and Honda kits in general, I’d be willing to bet they’ve got all the bugs ironed out already.

Hey Red Rider , Please to make your acquaintance !!! Thanks for responding !!! , Lemme give you some back story so I am officially an old dude turning 59 shortly raced a 350x back in the day when I was about 20 -21 I am from CT so we raced MX at Southwick MA and trail riding as well , so I got the itch to ride and race again mind you when I say race I mean motor around at the back of the pack for fun as I don't think I can handle landing on my head at speed anymore 😆 LOL !!! Also I am pushing 300 # now hoping to change that this year also trying to get back together with what is left of our crew of racers back in the day , always wanted a 250r but I think I am going to first build an x not worried about stock want to use the best parts I can get as it will be passed down to my son and grandson!! Been in contact with HRE I noticed there is some friction between them and BVC from what I have read on the forum , was wondering if you liked one over the other ? Looking probably to do inverted forks and a swing arm would a extended swinger benefit the x and if so how much ? Looking to play around at the track , ride trails but more open dirt roads and maybe get out on the ice a little . Thanks for your help ,Wade
