'Vin is clean', as in you've already had it ran by the police?

Maybe you can "run the VIN" at NICB.com to make sure it hasn't ever been reported stolen...
..and then read at FL's D.O.T. website ?
Although, it'd be news to me to find out that any 3-wheeler is "registerable" unless there's a special type for off-road purposes (beach cruising, state park trails, etc..)

police do not need to run vins. you would follow your DCNR rules for ATV's and UTV's in the state. If you do not know what to do find a dealer and ask for help in applying.

What is DCNR? Many states and many acronyms.

All I was finding is Department of Natural Resources.

Florida DMV (as many would understand it), or, FLHSMV.
