Question about the decompression system on my 200 Honda

Hi all, I’m not a new member.. but I’ve been absent for a while. I just purchased a 200m Honda three wheeler. Anyhow, it has a compression cable that’s missing and I’m not sure how it holds up, I’m also missing the front brake lever. I tried push starting it.. but the rear tires lock up, I’m guessing due to the compression release not functioning correctly? Anyhow.. if someone can point me to the right direction for parts and help I’d greatly appreciate it!

the 200M has a manual compression release - it is just a lever on the top of the motor - flip it up as directed on the gas tank instructions. It's not like the non-E start models where the cable is activated by the pull start mechanism.

Put it in 3rd gear to push start it.
