Question Help with Us90 stuck rear tire

Any tricks to get a rear tire off a us90? The tire is good, I do not want to damage it. Right rear is stuck. I cannot get it off. Any tips or tricks ?

Hey, thanks for reply ! I managed to upload a Pic of the rear tire/axle. I'm thinking of spraying some penetrative grease inside? I know it looks slightly bent, but I can't even move the tire from current position.

There’s quite a bit of hub and coarse splines in there to contend with. If you can get the machine on its side with the stuck side up, apply a good quality penetrating fluid and let soak. A little heat pinpointed to the metal staying away from the tire will help. Keep repeating the heat and penetrating fluid over time with lots of soak time. Try to find a pipe that will fit over the threaded stud but only as large of diameter as the inner portion of the axle splines then add some persuasion while lifting up on the tire. Hopefully you understand what im saying.
As far as penetrating fluid goes, everyone has their opinion. I like Kroil personally but it’s pricey and hard to find in Canada. A mixture of acetone and ATF is also popular as well as the regular PB Blaster and such. There’s even a hack using heat and paraffin wax for extremely stubborn parts. YouTube is your friend here. If you’re comfortable with this, PM me and we can converse by phone.
