Whats up bud!
Unlike the 200X carb, that has spring steel on it that holds the choke in a "detent" position, the 350X seems to have positions built into the plastic choke valve itself. And it has a torsion spring to help the choke go back to the "no choke" position.
Remove the metal lever, grab a 13 or 14mm?? wrench, and unscrew the plastic choke part (the plunger) and you'll probably see what the issue is. It could just be that piece that is worn out...
