HELP 85 Honda act no power to electronics

Hello I relcently purchased a Honda three wheeler it’s a 1985 act 200 es it runs drives shifts but no power to headlights starter electric start ect, the fuses are good and from what I can tell I have power going to everything like cdi box and regulator what could cause this, It is also stuck in high I can’t shrift to low or reverse, I have power coming to and from ignition switch but can’t get power to any lights any ideas help thanks;

The 200es was discontinued in 1984 here in the US . Run the vin to see what year you have . Or post a few pictures and I’m sure we could figure it out .
I would check the ignition switch and power on each side of the main fuse first , sounds like a main power issue .

I have power to and from ignition and both sides of power wire the solenoid doesn’t click, were does the power go after ignition the Regulator little black box? Im not sure were to go or what to replace, I was unable to post a photo but i will get vin later today.
