Is it also true that the fork boots and front tire are not stock? The pipe isn't either, of course.

I think the bottomline is that if he can get the maximum for this atc, good for him! It only adds value to everyones. I you have a mint-factory atc at home then you want this guy to shoot for the moon. If you have a beater then of course saying that "he's crazy" is consistant with the value you place on yours. You guys are right , it isn't mint nor stock, so yeah he's dreaming at 5000k, but you also cant go down to Honda either and order the new 2004 series atc.

Come on guys, lets ask ourselves this. I f I had $5000 to spend on anything, I would buy that R without a second thought. Because I wouldn't wanna wait for a better deal, and, I wouldn't buy a new quad( yes,not even the new yfz 450 ),because quads are just weird to ride. Remember our old pal Tri-Z tunes? $1200 for some shrouds. I would go nuts on ebay if I had a big load of cash. So, I hope the guy gets what hes asking.

I was just gonna post about the 85? mph, stock they did 78, with gearing could go 100+? I want what he is smoking. He's crazy to be asking that much, MAYBE if it was 100% stock, yes I mean chain/sprockets, brake pads, bars. Then it might be worth it. My atc250r I wouldn't sell for less than $3000, and mines modded to hell, not much is stock. But, I know I would be hard pressed to get that. What does this guy want to with this fraise " Do not buy this trike for your grandma unless she has willed her fortunes to you", encourage someone get killed and get the attention of the news and cpsc. I think the is exagerating things alittle with this fraise "You will have to fight to keep the front end on the ground thru the first four gears. " They aren't that fast stock. It takes alot of motor work for it to be like that. Just noticed it looks like it has a 38 a/s, he is using the cable you are supposed to use with that carb with a stock thumb throttle. Also has a aftermarket skid plate, I'm sure under close inspection more NON stock items can be found.
