Who needs a WISECO piston for their air-cooled 300R kit?

I contacted Wiseco and found out they can make custom pistons, but they require an intial run quantity of 24 to be made. They said if they have a forge in the right size already the cost for the kit (piston/rings/wrist pin/circlips) would be $3K -$4K for the full run of 24 pistons(around $130-$170 per piston). If anyone is interested maybe we can get enough people to be able to afford doing this.

I'd buy one, I just don't have the money to front 24 pistons though. maybe Holic has some money under his matress he can spare.

    I am hoping ...

I am hoping to get enough people together that we can get a whole run made. We just need 21 more people now.
