    Polaris Engine cut out

    I think I have a problem with my electronics on my 1997 Magnum 425 2X4. When the quad gets wet, the engine will start miss like it does in reverse due to the speed limiter. Is there a way to disconnect the module if it happens again to rule it as the problem or not? Thanks!

    thats what happens when the stator gets wet from riding in water. I doesnt have anything to do with the reverse override. Youll have to get a good seal over the stator cover with silicone or a suitable gasket maker in order to shield it form the water.
