what kinda of oil should i run in my 250r? i run 10-40W in my other one should i use special high bel-ray stuff of ams oils? i don't ride too much but i still want to run the best stuff in there and i need to change before i go to the dunes! :-D

I like the silkolene( I think thats how you spell it) line of gear oils, they come highly recommended from some local racers I know.
