:?: Sorry but what plug :?:
I'm assuming he's asking about the spark plug. You can tell alot about temps and air fuel ratios by looking at the color/condition of the spark plug.

I took a look at it and the plug was pretty bad so ill get a new one and does anyone know how to fix a pull start
:?:
First off, take the rewind off the bike, The pull cord is the inner most part of it, so you are going to have to remove everything carefully until you get to the "pulley" per say which has the rope around it. Seeing as how it's already apart, and the rope broke once, you might as well put new pull cord on. Knot it in the "pulley", and then wind it around. There should be enough rope sticking out for you to put it back thru the outer casing of the rewind, and you can tie your pull starter handle back on, so the rope doesn't slip back thru. The following link tells the rest.
