:? I just cleaned the carb on my friends 1984 honda 110
and when i start it it keeps flooding out and the gas leaks out the back of the carb but then if i shut of the gas and start it it starts fine until the gas runs out then i turn the gas on it will kill of the flooding whats goin on

Sounds like to me that your needle and seat are gone or possible a piece of dirt is holding it open,just buy a carb rebuild kit and that will solve your problem.
