    200x exhaust

I thought I had already posted this question but I can't find it. Will 86-87 exhaust work on my 85?

would the modifications need to be really extensive to make it work? or just some pipe bending? I have a bender.

Its a totally differant frame so put it that way.

Why would you want to put an 86/87 one on? the 83-85 are about 1/4th the price....

i dont really know anything about 200x....but since noone else is helping you i will put in my 2 sence...i dont see why it wouldnt work, but i will use a 250R for example, the 81-84 models have the exaust on the left side, and the 85-86 models haev it on the right side, so between 84 and 85 there was a big change, but with 200X it might be the same way but i dont know, i bet if you really wanted to make it fit, and you had the stuff to do a pipe bend and stuff like that, and there's a good deal, then i would go for it, cuz if it doesnt work, you can always put the pipe for sale on this site, or ebay....

    .....just my oppinion
Give me no lip and I tell you no lie.

hmm got some more info other than those pix? And can you get some better ones for me? That one looks pretty rough from what I can see. What would it take to get it looking nice, etc.

And do you know if it fits the standard headpipe? Or do you have a supertrapp one to go with it? The other ones I've seen had oversized headpipes.

I know -nithing- about it to be honest.

Go to denniskirk.com and check out the SuperTrapp pipes---they have ends on them, spark arrestors, disc
