    Rod Baker's Tecate 500 articles

Just lookin on this other site at some Tecate 4 stuff and ran across this custom built 85 KXT 500 article. Its a custom chromoly frame with an 88 KX 500 motor. Anyone got some sites where I can see the pics of this bike?

    Wow

"We started out with a +10" (over stock Tecate) swingarm, which was too short, and the bike could come over on you. After we added four inches, it was pretty stable."

Yeah, that's the old "Retarded Tiger" sight. Corey Sprock of Sprock Racing. Geeze, I've got to get him new pics of my trikes! those have been there since 99! He used to have a pic of that 500 trike that came from the mag article. It was a good pic, had a chick setting on it. She was in riding gear instead of swimsuit though... I don't know why it doesn't show up now.

As far his articles go, I have the 80s dirt bike mags that have the KXT250B1 "Head Knocker" article and the 86 250 ATV shoot out. I wish I had the KXT 500 article.

Jeb i got a few old mags with that pic on the "Back issue" order page, looks totally awsome but I'd really have to dig to find it. Brown haired chick in race gear with the Tecate sporting some sand shoes.
