I used to a few years ago .... I heard its changed quite alot since then - the one ride spot on RT72 (near the railroad bridge) is now a legitamite facility. Anyway, if you want to get together this summer, I live across the river in Washingtons Crossing.

Yeah, I ride at an area right off of exit 68 or 69, i think. you can get their off of 2 exits. it's a nice area, drop 10 or 20 bucks in the bucket when you are done fo rthe day. You can get lost back there.

    Stoch87,

I used to go down to a place right there. The entrance was next to a house with an antique shop next door to it and the guy's name was George. He used to have a metal box bolted to an old pickup truck and you'd donate to "save the trees" or something like that. Is that where you go? I only got to go there once and then he got tired of jerks leaving trash behing and he locked the gate. Please let me know if that is the place, a bunch of us used to take our trikes down to Millville/Port Elizabeth but that is definitely shut down.

    Thanks.

The place has a gate but it is open and the can is welded to the metal gate. He comes around every now and again but i do not know his name.

Sounds like the place. I'll try and get a hold of you when I get down there this spring. Its too cold for camping this time of year so maybe we can do some riding when the weather breaks.

    Route 70?

I know of the NJ Off Road Park, which is what I think you guys are talking about off of Rt 72 - but when I'm driving down Rt 70, headed towards the shore, I see a ton of guys cruising the dried up lake bed right across from the R/C racing joint.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?
Is it free to ride there?

    Thanks!
