    I run 25W-60 Bacon Grease in all my gearboxes, works like a charm.

    LOL I run valvoline 10-30. It works great in the winter. Any heavier here, when it's like 15 degrees, the oil is too thick, and it is harder to shift, and sometimes it will not want to fully pop into gear. Using a thinner oil doesn't do that. Any oil is pretty much the same. Some motorcycle oils have some differences, but its nothing to me.

    I've always run 20W-50 in my atvs.... no problems....I do live in Louisiana, however (not much of a winter) so i need a stronger oil for those hot points in the sumemr

    I have always run 10w30 for automobile in EVERYTHING,(lawnmower,snowblower,moped,dirtbike,ca rs,trucks,4wheeler,3wheeelrs,n my moms blender!) and i nevr had a clutch problem.
    Still learning how to use and abuse my toys.
