I recently purchased one for the tri-z, it is the best upgrade you will ever buy, you will never have to re-jet, it does all the work itself, no piston meltdowns ever again, and the throttle response is phenominal, it will cure those flat spots, and I highly reccomend it other wise.

im gonna look into it a little more, but it sounds like a winner,it is like 65$ for my 350x.ive wasted 65$ worth of my time fooling with jetting and such.should you set your carb back to factory jetting and such, then let the dialajet do it from there?

    jet / pipe

I think Im getting one. But do you have to put your trike back at the factory jet? And if I add a racing pipe will I just have to install Dail-a jet and it should be right?

I hope so, cause I have spent hours jetting bikes to get them right, it sounds good and if it is better and quicker to jet my trike with the new pipe?, Im going for it.

The dial a jet comes with very detailed instructions, plus they have a 1-800 tech line that is very helpful if you ever need it. Basically what you do is jet your bike lean, then install the dial a jet, and it gives the enigne the exact amount of fuel it needs at any given temp, altitude, throttle opening, etc. You can install an after market air filter, or pipe, and the dial a jet compensates the for the jetting change all by itself. You can buy a dial a jet for about any engine on the face of the planet, marine, sleds, bikes, auto, etc.
