My soon to be new trike

Hey Everyone,

After driving 1000km round trip to look at a 250es at auction (which i missed out on) i saw this on ebay (250es in the background). I emailed the guy and he said i could have it for $175! Plus $120 for shipping. I decided to buy it. It has a heap wrong with it. Valve spring stuck, needs fenders, Needs wheels, Painting, frame needs welding because it is rusted under the footpeg (cow s@#t been sittin on it for 10yrs....lol) Tires, The forks are seized etc.

I think i will s-l-o-w-l-y restore it back to original shape. Well, almost original. I just want to get it clean and nice looking then ride it. Should be a nice upgrade from my 200es. Rear suspension, 50cc extra power.......im cheering!

I will let you know when it arrives here in Sydney.

I thought the 250s had different coloours on the tank??????Dunno, i might be wrong but this looks a lot like my 200es.

It's a 250es . looks just like mine.

It's 250es with a 200es gastank.It has suspention an the rear fender is higher the 200es fender is practically right on fender.

Definately a 250es. Look at the side case, and the headlight.

Here is the deal. I got an email from the guy this morning, and he said he will be getting more trikes from the farmers that buy from him (he is an atv wholesaler) he just doesnt know how long it will be, he said he gets about one trade in per month, but it could be a quad or a 3 wheeler. This time of the year is slow for him but usually he gets one trade in per week. He said he DEFINATELY will get another few 250es's and he will give me first dibbs on em if he gets any. I think I am still going to buy that 250 and if its a heap of crap ill just resell it and wait till he gets another then buy that off him. All i want is a god damn 250es!

What do you all reken i should do??

If the trike in the picture is in ReAlLy bad shape, I'd wait for some others to roll along. Thats my 3 cents.

The bloke im buying it from says he will get more 250es' withing the next few months and he will give me first dibbs on them. I honestly cant wait that long. Im buying it and when it gets here if its a heap of you know what then ill just keep it for parts for my next one. Sound like a plan?
