    I'm sorry. That was way out of line. Ford and Chevy's are both good. I'm just having a rough day at work. I wish I was out drinking beers in the desert riding my 3 wheeler.
    1986 Honda 350X - stock w/ supertrapp, K&N, DG wheels
    1985 Honda 250R - OEM fresh trailer queen, but I'll ride it
    1985 Honda 250R - "rider" but still pretty original

    How mcuh are you willing to spend on a pipe. i would get a rmc steel or a dg stager 2 or 3. DO NOT GET A COBRA. i got one and hate it. one no spark aresstor(sp) and they are loud as ****. i am thinking about getting a brand new stock muffler from parts fish, but for the price of that i could get a dg stage 3 . how does that dg sound on the trike muddukie??????

    Lemme guess. You had a Contour? I agree, those are junk. My buddy had one and it was at the dealer more than it was in his driveway.

    P.S. Chevys break down too. I got rid of a Cavalier about 6 months ago. That thing was CONSTANTLY needing repairs. And I don't even want to talk about my '94 Grand Am with the Quad Junk motor....Grrrrrrrr........... Every car manufacturer has their good and bad models though.
    Hey now, I just bought a '94 Grand Am with one of them Quad Junk motors, lol. Was your the SOHC or DOHC version? Cause I read that the SOHC versions were truly junk, for pow'r and reliability.
    -'86 ATC 250SX: No longer mine... Complete 350X front end, Corbra Megaphone system, 350X carb with UNI dual stage foam & outerwear bolted driectly up, Powroll/Rocky 260cc bore 10.5 to 1 compression piston.

    my dad has a '98 chevy 1/2 ton 4x4 pickup with 230,000 miles on it. That thing still runs great and the only thing he ever replaced on it was a fuel pump at 150,000. Still gets 17 MPG too. Just gotta change the fluids when they say to.

    Hey now, I just bought a '94 Grand Am with one of them Quad Junk motors, lol. Was your the SOHC or DOHC version? Cause I read that the SOHC versions were truly junk, for pow'r and reliability.
    I had the SOHC. I could sit here and make a whole list of the parts I had to replace. :oops:

    I replaced the '94 Grand Am with a '96 Grand Prix with a 3100 V6. I haven't had any problems out of it yet.
    1981 Honda ATC 185s
    -DG Exhaust
    -200x Carb
    -Uni Filter
    -Air filter box removed
    -10T Front Sprocket
    -Plastic fuel tank
    -Aftermarket seat
    -200s front forks/shocks
    -Aftermarket 4 bolt rear wheels
    -Tire chains when ice riding

    1988 Ford Mustang LX 5.0L
    -Wayyyy too much to list!!!

    Mine's a GT with the DOHC HO 175HP. 3100s are nice too. My dad has a '96 Ceira with a 3100 V6. That thing moves.
