1982 Big Red in storage for 15 years

I just came across a 1982 Big Red that has been in storage for 15 years and I was looking for suggestions on where I should begin with getting this beast back into working order. As for a background on the bike It belongs to my fiance whose parents put in in storage when they moved to Florida. The good news is that her parents and her both say it ran like a sewing machine when it was placed into storage and that they never had to get any work done on the machine outside of fluid and filter changes. The bike looks to be in great shape with no rust, good paint, no holes in the seat, good tires, no broken plastic, etc. The bad news is that the unit was stored on it's rear wheels with the front tire resting against a wall so that the whole unit has been sitting at about a 75 degree angle for almost 2 decades. So, where should I go from here? I haven't even moved the thing yet because I didn't know what effect the storage at that severe an angle would have on the engine. Any suggestions on how I should procede will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

put all three wheels on the groud!!!! check the carb see the condition. chang the oil to synthic. was there gas in the tank if so dump and clean tank i used a bottle of carb cleaner and some gas like a cup or so an then swished it around every hour and let it sit over nite. then dump good and just use pure gasand do the same and dump good. and then go from there put some new gas and try it. forgot change spark plug and watch carb good for leeks. are big reds electric start if so you wont be hurting like i did because i have a pull start.
