How long does it last then? If you take care of it. Is it worth it?

I've used in on my 350x and on our 400ex with great luck. I wash the bikes with soap and water and finish them off with a coat of spray on tire foam and the finish has held up just fine. You can always add a few more coats, only takes a min or to.

Does it look pretty good when it's all done? Also, how deep do you sand it down? Just till the scrathes are out?

Yah it looks really good if you take your time. My 350x had some real deep scratches so I had to use rougher sand paper than what comes in the kit and then move up through the girts till its smooth. Then apply plenty coats of the chemical.
