    350x exhaust choices

are the only choices for performance exhaust on a 85 350x: supertrapp, DG, or cobra? I cant find anything else or am looking in the wrong places. What about a pipe designed for a 400ex could it work or would your performance suffer?

The Bassani is most definetly the pipe to get if you can find one (Which is near impossible). I wish I really did know what kinf od modding would involve getting one off of a 400ex or maybe even a 300ex. Personally, considering whats on the market right now I'd get the Cobra or the SuperTrapp.

    Bassani pipe

I have a Bassani pipe on my 350x. It's been on about a year and that is it's only use since new. It's a great pipe though it is loud. If the price is right I'd sell it. If your interested PM me.

I have a DG on mine the power is nice, but I think i'm gonna go back to stock. It's cool to be the loud one in the pack, but it's a little much for me, it echos off of everything, and im allways looking to see where the noise is coming from thinking its another rider!

I have a supertrapp now and I like it but the mount is broken. I'm really not interested in a really loud pipe so i'm going to research the wb

I am running a DG on mine but with the spark arrestor which is literally supertrapp disks, they even have the name right on them. I didn't get the supertrapp because they didn't give you a header pipe and the price for just the muffler was more money than my DG with headpipes and buying the seperate silencer all together.

It probably would fit. If the Supertrapp works with the stock headpipe then I'd think it would work with the DG since the only difference between the stock header and the DG is the headpipe diameter. Once they get to the "Y" section the pipe goes to stock diameter.
