    What year?

    I just got a yamaha tri-moto 175 yesterday and was curious if anyone could help me identify the year. I took a quick look and found this set of numbers on the frame right near the handlebars- 20-E-012866. I dont know if this is the number needed to identify the year or not. If it isnt can someone please tell me where to locate it.
