    1984 ATC 250R carb question????

Hi there. I have a 1984 atc 250r. I purchased it about a month ago. I am very new to threewheelers. my ride didnt have a carb on it so i purchased one. I just got the carb today. my question is there are 4 ports total. I know which one the fuel inlet is (the large one. the other 3 ports are a mystery to me. theres one right one left and one on the bottom. I assume one is a return to the tank but dont know for sure. are some of the ports supposed to be open to outside air or something. I dont know. I would like to get this ride going so any help would be appreciated. Also there are two mixture screws one larger screw and one smaller screw. One has to be an idle screw and one has to be an air mix screw which is which and what is a good initial set up for them. maybe a scan or two from a repair manual would be great. thank you for your time.

One is fuel supply. One is overflow. This one should be on the bottom. The other 2 should just be vents.
