? ON DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 1985 250R AND 1986 250R

can anyone tell me the difference between the 85 and 86 250r -3-wheeler of course-. I heard the 86 has more suspension travel, but I don't know.

Ok,,, Now sure if I knwo al lbut I know a few.

Swingers, Carriers, Axles, Seat designs, Motors were different colors, and I think the head lights were a bit different...mostly visual stuff.

I dunno about the suspension travel, I thought it was the same.

86' differences;

25mm thicker seat
headlight is bigger with redesigned shroud
updated graphics
"Dark Shot Silver" engine color
supoosedly redesigned wheels
Dunlop tires switched to Ohtsu (same design) not sure on that one
swingarm bearing carrier redesigned and simplified
different headlight/ignition switches
34mm Keihin flat-slide carb (from 34mm round slide)
internal gear changes (minimal)
redesigned upper hose guide for front brakes
redesigned brake calipers
redesigned hi-tensile swingarm
