Calling All Rednecks

Hey if you are a Redneck tell me and why you are a redneck.

I beleive i am a redneck because combustion motors are like second nature to me

i prefere to wear blue jeans in all weather

i prefere steeltoe boot over sneakers

my truck is a ranger with dual rear wheels and about to have a 302 in it

i love to get down and muddy

racing is always on my priorities list

NASCAR is always on on sundays

Dale Sr. is in every part of my house

i always wear a #3 hat on my head

A dually ranger... that, my freinds, is redneck...

Im a bit of a hick which is sorta the yankee version of redneck. No real redneck qualities other then that I'm into trucks (97 gmc k2500) and offroading.

-I like to tote a rifle and my trike with me on weekends

-My 4 wheel drive gets used for far more then snow

-I play some banjo (used to go out into the woods with a case, a truck, and my 4 string and have a hootenany with all my buddies)

I cut & split wood even after a 12 pack
beer that's been in the back yard for more than a day, I'll drink it (summer time)

drive a beat up toyota & a 70 f-250 4x4 barely legal for the road, some people are scared of it?
gotta have the blue jeans & steel toe.
I have a bunch of kid's & a wife with no teeth... not really, just big teeth

I'm a Redneck well because....I have a red neck from being out working in the field and such. Both my parents are from the south(This is where TRUE rednecks are from) so in a sense, it is "passed down" to me even though I was born in Nevada. I have a slight accent, and I "talk" like a Redneck.

If its broke....duck tape and zip ties
I went to court in jeans and a t-shirt
I carry my buck knife everywhere with me

460 air conditioning in our vehicle (If you have to ask, you will never know)

well i'm a redneck beacuase for one.. i drive three wheels..loli spit like every 3o seconds, my thirst quencher is beer, i have a loaded 12 guage by my front door... and all my life is ,is country music ,beer,and three wheelers.. no wonder then call me thehickfarmer

i think im about half red neck and half hi tech cause im into computers and elactronics and the inside of my house is hi tech out side r parts laying around i love riding 3wheelers and of road vehicles i love old hot rods 4wheel drives trucks and all the things rednecks do lol

Sorry guys, but you cant be a redneck if you were raised north of the Mason-Dixon line. I only saw one that qualifies in thsi thread. The best that the rest of you can shoot for is a Yankee-Wannabe redneck.

Missouri was with the south during the Revolution The real term for a redneck was when you farmed you would be out hoeing (you city slickers wouldnt understand) your neck would be darker then the rest of your body since you alwas wear Jeans and a long sleeve shirt.
