Now I live in canada and only use MO. now should I take the chance and bid?? I emailed him but he has not replied. I have a problem accepting Canadian money orders because our banks bend us over to process them.
If the US only designation was the only problem, he'd proabbly be okay with it if you paid shipping, but if he says "Paypal Only" and you try to send him a foreign money order, expect nagative feedback.
