High Altitude jetting? trike running too rich

I live at 6500' above sea level. My KXT came from just above sea level.

Do I need to switch to a smaller main jet because of the thinner air?

Seems like it's flooding out. Will idle, but if you try to ride it, it will bog out and not rev out. Lot's of oil drip out of the silencer, and the plug will be oily aswell.

The carb was rebuilt, everthing was replaced except the rubber floats themselves. The needle that is controlled by the float was also changed.
    It was thoroughly cleaned.

Stock jet size is 230. Anyone have a chart or anything for jetting and altitude? Or is there something else going on here?

I think you will need to jet it leaner. Higher altitude = leaner jetting and vice versa.
