Could someone tell me how I adjust to idel on my alt125. Runs well won't start without starting fluid shot and won't idel. I almost will but not quite.

Im not sure on a suzuki, but on my honda there is a black screw on the carb.. Maybe this will help you...

You might have to turn up the idle on the carb. This is the little screw on the side of the slide housing, like new2atc said. Also, how is your compression? If it is low, it won't idle, and start very easy.
