I just bought a atc125m motor and ups dropped it and broke the one half of the motor case where the oil bolt is. Now I have a trx125 thats a parts motor can I use the side case off of it to replace the broken side on the 125m?the atc is a 1984 and the trx is a 1986.

i am pretty sure it will .. not 100 % sure. but 99.9 percent sure. i know alot of parts are compatable

The only thing I'm worried about is that the trx motor has reverse. Or does that matter?

y don't u fix the trx motor with parts form the 125m motor then you'll have a good 125 motor with reverse
