on road/off road bike

i am getting a yamahaw on road off road (enduro?) for free i have no idea what year they got a new clutch and almost new tires on it. what commonly goes wrong with them i am thinking something in the carb gumed up or something in the tank or fuel related. I think this is a great deal!!

I had an '84 XT 125 and it had absolutely no power. on the other hand, my brother had an '83 XT 250 and it had plenty of power, real fun bike. They seemed dependable. they also make XT 350s, and i think another model that is a little bit bigger, not sure on the cc's. but, those are newer of course. good luck with that though, you can't go wrong with a free bike

i got it last wedensday and got it runing saturday its a 73 yamahaw lots of power burnout accroust the road its runing deasent for free still some little problems but worth fixing
